Fun fact: Nobody ever stops worrying about something they're worried about when told to 'just stop worrying about it!'
It's one of those cognitive curve-balls that we have to try and work our way out of. Sounds really simple; the reality being - it's as hard as trying to give up sugar.
If you keep trying though, you will make progress.
I've only recently 'sort of' mastered the art of dealing with turning worry on its head. What's the point? What does it achieve? Will it make the problem go away?
Essentially, given what we've discussed in the book - to worry sends out the wrong kind of signal to the Universal Law of Attraction. Negativity. So, there's a damn fine reason to begin with to get shot of doubt and fear. Is it raining?.... No. Then close your umbrella and crack on!
